SDG&E: iOS App

When SDG&E designed its iOS app in 2011, it provided customers several key uses including a map tracking power outages, a bill “tour” helping users understand their energy bills, and a payment locator function. 

The primary function of the app was the energy calculator tool enabling users to select appliances and configure usage stats to estimate and ultimately reduce their energy bills
